On August 14, 1980, we began this journey in the construction industry, as providers of Scheduling, Work Control, Budgets, Consulting, and Auditing services. These 40 years of experience have allowed us to evolve in the market and generate the necessary confidence that our clients require to take over large construction projects.

In the '90s, we consolidated ourselves in the market and expanded the range of our consulting services (Project Management, Construction Management, and Coordination of Macro-contractors) all over the nation. Committed to the environment, in 2010 we launched our GREEN LINE OF SERVICES where we provide advice on LEED and Commissioning. 

We implemented The Payc Information System (SIP) that feeds back the information of our works and became the “digital memory” of our company with two large databases; Contractor Database and Basic Construction Supplies Price Database, which later, in 2018, allowed us to create the analytical area, to take advantage of information assets to optimize and automate business processes, applying the last technology to support decision-making through the articulation of techniques such as artificial intelligence, business intelligence, “big data” and methodologies for business management.

In PAYC, looking to fulfill our mission and the duty to offer a quality service, we achieved the certification ISO standard: 9001 Quality Management System and obtained the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 certifications Occupational health and safety management system. In 2020, we celebrate our 40 years of consolidation in the market and we are in the process to get the ISO 45001: 2018 “Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
