Mall Plaza Barranquilla is a commercial center that has 150 commercial premises where visitors can find cinemas, gyms, food court, banks and clothing stores, health, beauty, among others.
This project has an aerial connection between the Mall Plaza and the Buenavista 2 Mall through a bridge, providing visitors with a shopping area of more than 200,000 m2.
This project ended in February 2020.

Getting the shopping center energized for its operation was a technical challenge for PAYC due to the complexity of the sector in which the project was developed.
In addition to the technical recommendations for the construction of the foundation, structure, networks, and finishes, the supervision by commissioning of the materials used for the construction of the Mall, allowed us to complete with the requirements to obtain the Leed certification.
