The building is built entirely in White and Ocher architectural concrete, combined with other materials such as stoneware and stainless steel floors, which makes this building have a very long useful life, in the words of the Designer Architect "This building should last 100 years "Additional for being a building for public use and for being the 4 Mega-Library of the city, it will benefit a very important number of people and will undoubtedly give a boost to the cultural events of the city, by having the best theater that Bogota currently has.
