It has 955 private parking lots (of which 364 are planned for the second stage) and 86 spaces for guests. Of the total of the parking lots, 26 meet dimensions for people with reduced mobility, there are also 213 motorcycle parking lots and 245 bicycle racks.
The total height of the tower is approximately 200m, with a total area of 117,100 m2
The project was finished in february 2020.
The foundation is composed of screen walls and pre-excavated piles of 66m deep, with diameters from 0.90, 1.10, and 2.00m, with a conventional basement structure, a mixed superstructure in concrete, structural steel, and reinforcing steel. The central core is concrete with reinforcing steel, mezzanine slabs formed with metal beams, and a collaborating slab.
