At the Santa Fe de Bogotá Foundation University Hospital, we carry out the management and supervision, as well as LEED and Commissioning advising. The expansion building, inaugurated in 2016, has 12 levels and 3 basements to provide highly complex services with the following areas: Cardiology, Pulmonology, sleep labs, internal pharmacy, and cardiac rehabilitation, among others.
The project has the following services:
- 2 operating rooms of medium complexity for specialized cesarean section procedures.
- Intensive care rooms are distributed in neonatal rooms, pediatric intensive care rooms.
- Intermediate care rooms
- Outpatient services
Additionally, we did the tracking of the physical and financial work progress of the hospital infrastructure, supervision, start-up, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
The photographer Alejandro Arango and the professional Iván Alejandro Restrepo Rivera, are the authors of the images that allow us to enjoy the details of the project on this page.
The Santa Fe de Bogotá Foundation is the first hospital in Colombia to achieve LEED Healthcare certification.
Being at the forefront is the key to the project in which, as Site Managers and Supervisors, we bet on the modernization of the Santa Fe de Bogotá Foundation.
