The Helvetia school is an educational center characterized by its facade, the low iron content glass that gives an appearance of opaque glass boxes unique in the whole country, it has a large number of spaces for the socialization of students and the development of the academic activities such as:
- Terraces
- Meeting spaces
- Parkland.
Its modern design, which is framed within a heritage conservation environment, clearly delimits the architectural intention to stand out as a contemporary construction while respecting the history of the College.
This project was termined in 2019
Our challenge in this project was to maintain compliance with the schedule, meeting even new needs that arose during the process, and working on constructive contingencies throughout its construction.
The irregular geometry of this project was for us a constructive challenge that demonstrates the architectural intention to differentiate ourselves.
